We restructured the main navigation around core user actions (e.g., Approve, Reconcile, Budget), rather than abstract platform features.

The primary dashboard was transformed into an Action-Oriented Hub, displaying large, clear cards that show immediate priorities (e.g., "5 Pending Approvals," "15 Missing Receipts"), allowing finance managers to initiate tasks instantly

Data Visualisation for Control

Introduced clear, consistent colour-coding and modern data visualisation techniques to highlight anomalies instantly. For example, spending that exceeds policy limits is immediately flagged in red, while spending that tracks within budget is green
