The "Old Design" struggled to communicate the product's value effectively, resulting in a confusing user experience. The challenges were:

The dark, high-contrast color palette of the old design was overly dramatic and did not convey the product's core promise of cleanliness, freshness, and safety

Lack of Clarity

Critical information, such as the product's application process and safety benefits, was buried or presented in a cluttered format, creating friction for new users

Building Trust for a New Concept

As a nanotechnology product, users needed strong, demonstrable evidence of its effectiveness and safety for children/pets, which was not immediately clear in the prior design

Strategic UI Shift (Benefit-First Approach)

Aesthetic Uplift: Transitioned from the dark, heavy palette to a bright, clean, and modern design. This immediately makes the brand feel more approachable and trustworthy

Benefit Prioritisation: The new homepage prominently features clear value propositions in bold, accessible cards, such as Cleaner Spaces, Lasting Freshness and Safe for Kids, Pets & Fabrics. This answers the "Why Buy?" question instantly

Simplifying Complex Information

The "How To" Flow: Developed a clean, visual step-by-step guide titled "Simple as Spray, Dry, Done" to demystify the application process. The steps (1. Spray, 2. Let It Set, 3. Invisible Defense) are linked with bullet points and clear explanations, drastically improving user confidence

Visual Proof & Trust Signals: Integrated a dedicated section to showcase the product's unique features using clear icons, such as Water-Based Formula, Child & Pet Safe, and Anti-Bacterial Defense. This visually reinforces the product's safety and quality

Building Authority and Urgency

Data Validation: Included strong, third-party data to validate the need for the product (e.g., "Studies Show Sofas Can Be 12x Dirtier Than A Toilet Seat"). This acts as a powerful hook and justification for the purchase

Social Proof Integration: Implemented subtle social proof notifications (e.g., "User from Dubai Purchased this product"), which fosters community and purchase urgency
