London is one of the most competitive short-stay markets in the world. Cityscape needed a digital presence that moved beyond "just another Airbnb" to establish itself as a premium, trustworthy alternative

Visual Authority: The brand needed to transition from a property company to a luxury hospitality brand. The challenge was to create a look that felt elegant, trustworthy, and sophisticated

User Trust: For high-end travellers, trust is paramount. The platform needed to communicate "hotel-standard" quality through visual cues before a guest even steps into a property

B2B and B2C Balance: The design had to appeal to two very different audiences: tourists looking for comfort and landlords looking for professional management

The Objective: Execute a total rebranding and design a digital product that reflects luxury and confidence, optimised for the unique demands of the London tourism and corporate travel sectors

The "Luxury Icon" Identity
& Platform Design

We developed a brand and digital strategy that emphasises minimalism and high-end aesthetics to mirror the quality of the homes themselves

Rebranding & Visual Identity

Logo Design: Following the brief for an Icon-Only style, we developed a minimal, sophisticated mark that represents stability and urban elegance

Color Strategy: We implemented a Dark Green primary palette. This color was strategically chosen to evoke feelings of Wealth, Reliability, and Traditional London Sophistication, setting the brand apart from the typical bright blues or oranges used by tech competitors

Tone of Voice: Crafted a tagline, "Your home, wherever you go," that balances the emotional comfort of home with the professional reliability of a hotel

The Admin Hub (The Business Engine)

The most complex part of the project: Our team is designing a high-density data environment for Cityscape’s internal staff to manage the portfolio at scale

Features in Development: Automated pricing controls, occupancy heatmaps, cleaning/maintenance scheduling, and landlord payout reporting.

UX Strategy: UX Strategy: Optimising "Time-to-Action." We are designing the interface to ensure staff can manage 100+ properties with the same attention to detail as a single home

The Customer Portal (Guest Facing)

Focuses on the "Dream & Discover" phase. The UI uses our new Dark Green luxury palette to immediately validate the premium nature of the London properties

Status: Front-end development of the property search engine

Design Focus: High-resolution storytelling and a "frictionless" checkout flow to mirror 5-star hotel standards

Digital Product UX (London-Centric Design)

High-End Property Showcase: The UI design prioritises large, "hero" photography of the London homes to instantly validate the "hotel-standard" claim

Streamlined Booking Flow: To compete with top-tier competitors like The Blueground, we designed a friction-free booking path that minimises clicks while maximizing the display of key amenities (Wi-Fi, Workspace, Location)

Landlord Portal Design: Created a professional, data-driven interface for property owners to track earnings and management status, reinforcing the brand's "Confidence and Trust" value
