We focused the MVP design on a streamlined user flow, emphasising clarity, speed, and the integration of core "smart" features

Intuitive Home Screen & Onboarding

Personalisation: The app immediately greets the user (e.g., "Hello Steve") and confirms their address, creating an immediate sense of personalised service

Clear Value Proposition: A prominent banner showcases initial incentives, like "Get 15% OFF on Your First Booking!", encouraging immediate conversion

Service Segmentation: The main screen uses clear, actionable icons to divide the broad range of services into Categories (Cleaning, Salon & Spa, Pest Control, Handyman), allowing users to quickly navigate to their desired service

Simplified Transactional Flow

Service Detail View: The prototype for service pages (e.g., Sofa Cleaning) clearly displays the price (AED 150), duration (01 Hour), and user ratings (4.9), giving the customer all necessary information upfront
